When you create a BaobabPact account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. You may optionally add your phone number for account recovery.

We collect anonymised usage signals to improve our matching and platform quality:
- Pages visited and features used
- Job listings viewed and saved
- Search queries (anonymised)
- Device type and browser (no fingerprinting)
- Approximate location (city-level, from IP)

Policy Changes
When we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. We maintain a version history so you can review what changed. Continued use of BaobabPact after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
